INSTA-STIK Roofing Adhesive 750ml

The Product

 Following on from the success of INSTA-STIK Professional Roofing Adhesive (13.5kg) the 750ml size product meets the growing need for a “small pack” adhesive for use on smaller commercial and residential roofs. Under Part L of the Building Regulations it is now a requirement to upgrade insulation to current standards when replacing or renewing the waterproofing layer. INSTA-STIK 750ml will bond up to 13m2  of roof insulation board (based on 19-25mm bead at 300 centres)

Characteristics

 INSTA-STIK Roofing Adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive formulated specifically for the attachment of insulation boards in roofing applications and is distributed from the can as a foam and is applied in beads or ribbons to the roof surface. The roof insulation board can be placed on to the beads straight away or within 10 minutes and will be firmly adhered typically within 20-30 minutes. To apply INSTA-STIK 750 ml a standard polyurethane foam gun is required of which two types are available:
